Pre-event - Step into the world of immersive sound with Dolby Atmos

As a general introduction to Dolby Atmos we invite our members to participate in a brief online introduction to this technology. The webinar will pave the way for 2 physical events taking place in Kolding on the 30th May at Sonic College and 31st of May in Copenhagen, at Black Tornado studios.

The webinar will start with an introduction by Dolby Atmos-engineers Richard Addis and Jake Fields with the participation from award winning mix engineer and producer Dyre Gormsen together with Lars Tirsbæk, head of Advanced Sound Production and 3D Sound at Sonic College (Kolding, DK). Dyre and Lars will both present examples on what Dolby Atmos has to offer any musician, producer, mix/master or sound engineer/designer and play examples of musical pieces mixed in Dolby Atmos. Whether you’re experienced in the field of sound or just about to dive into it, this webinar gives you an idea of what Dolby Atmos can do.

The webinar will be conducted in both English and Danish and you will have a chance to ask questions along the way.
